At Fomo Vibe, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is guaranteed. Our return & exchange section outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds, making it easy for you to navigate any concerns about your purchase.
 
Incase you want to exchange your received product due to any size issues, it can only be done within 3 days of date of receiving the product. Just drop us an email at thefomovibes@gmail.com with your concern & we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please note that we do not accept returns of any of our products as they are made on order according to the customer's size, style and color needs.

But incase you receive your product defective/torn, you can raise a concern by writing an email to us along with the video of unboxing of the parcel received. Our logistics partner representative will collect the parcel from your doorstep within 5 working days.

Note: It is mandatory to capture a video/photo of shipping the package or handling it to our logistics partner incase of any returns.
